  1. HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
    All you have to do is just click on our website and you will find all our products listed in our catalogue. After selecting the items, you will be directed to the payment page. Everything is made possible by just a click of the button.

  1. DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
    We have made all our products available online for easy reference.

  1. WHICH AREA DO YOU DELIVER TO?
    We provide delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. Please take note that logistic fees will be imposed.

  1. IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
    No. You may rent our items as many as you may need (based on our inventory limits).

  1. DO I NEED TO PAY IN FULL?
    Yes. Upon completing your selection, you will be requested to make the payment in order for your booking to be processed.

  1. IS MY PAYMENT REFUNDABLE IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Orders cancelled seven (7) days or less from the commencement date will have the full 100% of the total hire fees forfeited. Orders cancelled thirty (30) days from the commencement date but more than seven (7) days from the commencement date will have 50% of the total hire fees forfeited.

  1. HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
    Refunds will be made via telegraphic transfer and may take up to thirty (30) days. Please note that refund amount will be subjected to terms and conditions of the items.

  1. DO I NEED TO PAY SECURITY DEPOSIT?
    A fixed amount (30% of subtotal, does not include shipping fee) is collected as security deposit as soon as you checkout. This amount is fully refundable if the rental item is returned in the same state and condition as we delivered to you.

  1. HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK?
    You can expect to receive your security deposit back via telegraphic transfer within (30) days from the date the item is returned, providing there is no damage to the item during the rental period.

  1. HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL DURATION USUALLY?
    The standard rental period for any item is 1 day unless stated otherwise.

  1. CAN I COLLECT THE ITEMS ON MY OWN?
    Yes, you may. Please ensure you arrange a covered vehicle with the necessary protective layers and straps with you to secure the items during transit.

  1. WHAT IF I HAVE ORDERED EXTRA ITEMS THAN NEEDED?Unfortunately, once the items have been paid and delivered, we are unable to offer a refund.

  1. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS ANY MISSING OR DAMAGE ITEMS?
    If any item is lost or damage, the cost of repairs or replacement will be paid for by the Hirer.

  1. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT MALFUNCTIONS?
    If the equipment malfunctions due to faultiness, we will refund the rental charges for that item.

  1. CAN I BUY OVER THE ITEM?
    Yes. Please contact us for more information.

  1. IS THERE SOMEONE WHO CAN ADVISE ME ON WHAT FURNITURE IS BEST SUITABLE FOR MY EVENT?
    Yes. Please contact us and certain arrangements can be made.
